
Just Common Sense came about because we saw so many basic customer and stakeholder engagement errors being made that we thought 'enough is enough, let's be the help these folks don't seem to know they need!'

More than three decades later, from humble beginnings assisting small business owners with customer service training, we now work almost exclusively in the fractional resourcing space offering solution and results-driven consultancy services across the internal and external engagement spectrum including marketing, communication, sales, content curation and creation, media relations, reputational risk and customer insight management to for-profit and for-purpose organisations of all sizes.

There were two choices for our name ... 'Not Rocket Science' and 'Just Common Sense' .. the latter won out because we thought one day, a group of rocket scientists will ask for our help and then things would just be ... well ... awkward.
Getting the basics of stakeholder (both internal and external) experience right is critical to sustainable competitor advantage and we appreciate it can be daunting.
But guess what? Most of it is not rocket science it is Just. Common. Sense.
