The Just Common Sense project came about because we saw so many basic customer service errors being made that in the end we thought 'enough is enough, let's be the help these folks don't seem to know they need!'
Two decades later, from those beginnings assisting small business owners with customer service training, we now offer a range of solution and results-driven consultancy services across the internal and external engagement spectrum including marketing, sales, content curation and creation, communication, media relations, reputational risk, and customer insight management to organisations of all sizes.
There were two choices for our name ... 'Not Rocket Science' and 'Just Common Sense' .. the latter won out because we thought one day, a group of rocket scientists will ask for our help and then things would just be ... well ... awkward.
Getting the basics of engagement and customer (both internal and external) experience right is of course critical to sustainable competitor advantage and we appreciate it can be daunting.
But guess what? Most of it is not rocket science it is Just. Common. Sense.
And PS: This is not us in the photo ... SO difficult getting everyone in the same place at the same time in a room that looks as cool as this! Maybe we should get our photoshop expert to work his magic?
