Liane is our principle consultant and has 30+ years experience at senior & executive level in marketing, sales, internal & external communications and stakeholder engagement across a range of sectors.

Providing exceptional customer service has always played a key role in her delivery solutions and she has a knack for multi-tier engagement.  

Yes, she is that chick who used to be on the telly and yes, in person, she is probably taller ( and definitely louder) than you might have been expecting!

Peter Morris

Sales & Service

Peter has 40+ years experience in sales and marketing management, service delivery, specialised recruitment and hospitality in New Zealand and overseas.

With an uncanny knack of attracting less than helpful salespeople in every conceivable situation, Peter has seen and heard it all. Peter is back travelling  the world as a Destinations Manager on big flash cruise liners after a stint in Aotearoa heading up the Sales function for slightly smaller vessels.

His catch-phrase is "dumb as a bag of rocks" and we suspect that his name is red-flagged in CRMs around the world!

Carol Augustsson

Carol has a wealth of experience in customer service and hospitality management both in New Zealand and the UK.

She is a firm believer that while there is a point where quality service outcomes meet revenue objectives, that point is rarely where organisations believe it to be!

Carol worked for Qantas for almost a decade and has lately been working in sales and service delivery.  

Carol is a keen boxer in her spare time so watch out!
